MVC at Gunning Bedford Middle School - 801 Cox Neck Road

At 15:01 hours the NCC Communications Center dispatched station 15 to a reported motor vehicle crash at Gunning Bedford Middle School, 801 Cox Neck Road. A-15 and Rescue 15 under the command of Firefighter Mick Pollinger responded with a crew of 4. Assistant Chief Wally Poppe arrived on scene and reported 1 minor injury establishing Cox Neck Road Command. The driver slid on the wet road, struck the curb and proceeded to strike the light standard. The patient was transported to CER by A-15 and Command placed the scene under control at 15:11 hours turning the scene over to DSP. Responding Units: A-15, Rescue 15, 15-8B, 15-9, 15-9D and DSP.
