Fire Company and Ladies Auxiliary participate in Annual 5K Fire Walk / Run

During the 7th Annual New Castle County Volunteer Firefighters Association Fire Walk / Run 5K members of both the Fire Company and Ladies Auxiliary and their families participated in the memory of Ladies Past President Ivy Costango.

Over 50 members purchased green tshirts that had a maltese cross with "Ivy's Faithful Fighters" on the front of them.  We were grateful to the many members who were actually able to participate in the 5K and for many who donated to the cause in Ivy's Memory! 

Congratulations to Kirsten Costango for getting 2nd overall and 1st in her age group!!  Shout to Amanda Pedrick, Taffy McMichael and Jasper Lakey for getting medals as well!
