Ambulance Standby Garage Fire - Otts Chapel Road

On May 25, 2008 B-15 was dispatched to standby the fire scene in the 1600 Block of Otts Chapel Road, Newark. Stations 7,8,9,10 and Cecil County Maryland Stations 3,13 & 14 were dispatched to a reported vehicle fire inside a garage. The 911 Center received numerous calls for a plume of smoke that could be seen for miles. Fire Police 9-9 arrived on scene reporting garage fully involved. B-15 responded at 12:05 hours and stood by in the triage area that was set up. B-15 cleared the scene at 13:23 hours.
