Pickup on Fire - Route 1 Northbound

Stations 15 and 4/24 were alerted for a car on fire on route 1 northbound at Scott Run, north of the Toll plaza. A15 was on radio and responded to the scene. On arrival A15 alerted fireboard to a working car fire. 4-5 arrived with a crew of 4 and began extinguishing the pick-up truck. 15-4 arrived with their crew assisting 4-5 in extinguishment and opening the vehicle looking for extension. 15-4 also then assisted 4-5 by supplying water while on scene. Rescue 4 arrived and its crew helped clean up. Scene was placed under control at Units responding: A15, 15-4, 4-5, Rescue 4
