MVC with Entrapment - (M29D4) - Wrangle Hill Road over Route 1

Station 15 and Medic 2B were dispatched for a Motor Vehicle Crash with subjects trapped at 19:34 hours. B-15 was already enroute to CER from a previous run when they stopped and dropped off Career Staff Comley who advised 4 subjects trapped in an SUV and requested 2 additional BLS units. Stations 29 and 4&24 were alerted for additional BLS units. R-15 and A-15 responded at 19:39 hours. A-24 responded at 19:42 hours and A-29 at 19:44 hours. A-15 and Rescue 15 arrived at 19:43 hours with Deputy Chief Finnegan assuming Wrangle Hill Command. Command requested additional Rescue and Station 29 was alerted for Rescue 29. Engine 15-5 and Rescue 29 responded at 19:51 hours. At 19:57 hours Command requested additional ALS unit and Medic 5B were dispatched. A-15 and half Medic 2B transported 2 trauma alert subjects to CER with one being a Pediatric. A-24 and ALS-23 transported 1 trauma alert adult to CER. A-29 transported 1 adult to CER. A-18 transported 2 DCFC members to CER who had slipped on black ice and were required to be transported for evaluation. Command placed the scene under control at 20:11 hours. Rescue 15 cleared the scene at 20:44 hours turning the scene over to DSP and DelDot.
