Engine / Ladder Assist Christiana L3*Residential Fire - (69D5) - Porter Road

At 14:09 hours station 15 was alerted to assist Christiana with an Engine and Ladder for a Residential Fire on Porter Road. 15-7 responded with a crew of 5 under the command of Chief Rosseel (15-8) at 14:14 hours followed by 15-5 at 14:15 hours with a crew of 4. B-6 arrived on scene at 14:13 advising an active fire (Deputy 6 - Roush) also advising they had 1 patient. There was an active fire in the garage area with extension into the residence. 15-7 and 15-5 arrived at 14:21 and 14:22 hours. Crews assisted with ground ladders to the exterior of the building and with fire suppression efforts. Chief Reeder (12-8) placed the scene under control at 14:33 hours with units working. B-6 transported 1 patient to CER. Station 15 units cleared the scene at 15:13 hours. A total of 12 members responded. Responding units: 15-7, 15-5 and 15-9.
