MVC w/ Ejection and Entrapment - (M29D2N) - Route 1 Northbound / Pole Bridge Road

At 20:15 hours, Stations 4&24, 15, Medic 6 and Trooper 4 were dispatched for a Motor Vehicle Crash with an Ejection in the area of Route 1 Northbound in the area of the Toll Plaza. Medic 6B, ALS-22 responded at 20:15 hours followed by A-24 and B-15 at 20:17 hours. EMS-3 (Asst. Chief Krett) and Rescue 15 responded at 20:18 hours. A-24 arrived on scene at 20:19 hours and advised CPR in progress and 1 entrapment. Also the correct location was on Route 1 Northbound at Pole Bridge Road. Rescue 24 responded at 20:21 hours and A-15 also responded at that time. EMS-3 arrived on scene at 20:22 hours advising a total of 4 patients. A-1 was dispatched at 20:25 hours. Trooper 4 arrived at 20:25 hours. 4-6 responded at 20:25 and arrived at 20:27 hours also followed by 24-0 at 20:27 responding to Route 1 at Route 299 shutting down Route 1 Northbound. Rescue 24 and Rescue 15 both arrived at 20:28 hours and jointly started extrication efforts. Requests for Zone #4 Fire Police was sent out and TMC was notified for assisting with closing Route 1 Northbound. A-24 and Medic 6B initiated transport of 1 patient to CER at 20:27 hours arriving at 20:41 hours. Trooper 4 transported 1 patient to CER at 20:38 hours arriving at CER at 20:44 hours. B-15 and ALS-22 transported 1 patient to CER at 20:55 hours. At 20:52 hours, 4-8B (Thomas) placed the scene under control. A-15 and Rescue 15 cleared the scene at 20:50 and 20:55 hours. Responding Station 15 Units: A-15, B-15 and Rescue 15. A total of 17 members responded for the incident.
