Motor Vehicle Crash involving a Motorcycle - (M29D2L) - Route 1 Southbound / Kirkwood St. Georges Road

22:05 hrs: DCFC (Staion15), OFC (Station 4/24) and NCC Paramedics 6 / ALS 23 were dispatched to Route 1 Southbound in the area of Kirkwood Saint Georges Road for a Motor Vehicle Crash involving a Motorcycle. ALS 23 (Gulezian) arrived on scene first and reported a priority patient. BLS B-15 and Cheif 15-8-B(Neel) arrived on scene at 22:11hrs and established the Route 1 Command. Route 1 Command requested zone fire police to shut down Route 1 Southbound. Rescue 15 arrived and assisted in patient packaging, scene lighting and debris clean up. Route 1 Command placed the scene under control at 22:18hrs with 1 patient being transported to Christiana Medical Center. Units on scene: DCFC B-15, Chief 15-8B(Neel), EMS-15(Atkinson), Rescue 15, Zone 3 Fire police including 15-9, 15-9C, 15-9D New Castle County ALS – Medic 6A and ALS 23. Odessa – BLS B-4
