Two Crashes in the local at once - DuPont Highway @ Red Lion Rd / Wrangle Hill Rd @ Coppers Ln

16:19hrs: Station 15 was dispatched to a (M29B1) MVC at DuPont Highway and Red Lion Road. BLS A-15 and Rescue 15 responded at 16:21hrs. Units arrived on scene at 16:30hrs with 15-8-B(Neel) taking the DuPont Highway Command. Fire Police and a second BLS unit (B-15) were requested to responsed. Both BLS units transported to the Christiana Medical Center. At 16:33hrs Station 15 and BLS B-6(Christiana) were dispatched to Wrangle Hill Road at Copples Lane for a (M29B1) MVC. Deputy 15(Miklus) arrived on scene and reported a door would need to be removed by the arriving Engine 15-5. Engine 15-5 crew opened the door at 16:45hrs. Rescue 15 cleared DuPont Highway and arrived on scene and assisted the Engine Crew with clean up of debris. Delaware City Members were in service for over 1.5 hours.
