At 14:46, Station 15 was alerted for an Engine assist to Christiana on a reported working residential fire. 15-5 made the response with a crew of 5. Upon the arrival of the engine, the crew assisted with fire extinguishment and searches of the residence. The fire was quickly extinguished and all searches were negative. Less then two hours later, Station 15 was dispatched for a Rescue assist to Wilmington Manor for a working multi-residential fire. A15 made the response from Station 6 where they were performing an EMS cover and R15 made the response as well. Crews from the original apparatus made a quick knock of the fire and all searches were negative. Crews from Delaware City were in service for over 4 hours during these two incidents.
