Engine 15-4 responded under command of Assistant Chief Johnson with a crew of 4. Chief Jamie Rosseel and Engine Captain Bill Kiger arrived on scene with the vehicle fully involved. Crew from 15-4 extinguished the car fire and the adjacent field. Scene was turned over to DSP. Responding Units: 15-4, 15-8, 15 Captain 1, 15-9A, 15-9E
