Assist Port Penn with Unknown Watercraft Situation - 73D3

At 08:16 hours Station 29 along with marine units from Delaware City, Lower Alloway Creek, NJ and Trooper 4 were dispatched for a Unknown Watercraft Situation in the Delaware River just south of the C&D Canal.

Trooper 4 arrived on scene at the dispatch location with a vessell on tope of the jetty and evaluating 2 subjects.  Trooper 4 advised 29 Marine 1 that there were no injures.

29 Marine 1 placed the scene under control waiting on DNREC to arrive.  Fireboat 15 cleared at 08:30 hours.
