MVC with Subject Trapped with Pole Down - M29D4

At 00:15 hours, station 15, NCC EMS Medic 6C, ALS28 and DSP Trooper 4 were dispatched for a reported accident with a subject trapped and pole down.

C-15, Rescue 15, 15 Captain 2 [Kiger] responded.  Delaware City Refinery Fire Inspector [34-8B] arrived on scene and advised negative entrapment but wires down.

C-15 transported 1 to CER.  Scene turned over to DSP.
