During the 115th Annual Cumberland Valley Volunteer Firefighters Associations Conference Banquet held at the Joppa, MD Fire Company, Patrick Reeder, son of Assistant Chief Brian Reeder and Ladies Auxiliary Member Christine Reeder was honored with the Chief Gary "Happy Jack" Easton Youth Leadership Award for 2016.
Since becoming a Cadet Member in 2014, Patrick has been an excellent addition to our Fire Company. One of courteous, hard working and extremely funny young members, Patrick is always willing to lend a hand.
When Patrick is not attending training or making a response, you can find him in the kitchen doing whatever needs to be done helping our Ladies Auxiliary.
Not only active in his Fire Company, Patrick also is very active in his church where he is always assisting with the Sunday School Program but anything else that is needed.
As he enters his Junior year at William Penn High School, Patrick is a member of the ROTC and plays threes sports, Football, Wresting and Baseball. Patrick is also an excellent student as well.
The Officers and Members of the Delaware City Fire Company and Ladies Auxiliary are extremely PROUD of Patrick Reeder's accomplishment and Congratulate him on receiving this prestigious award.
