At 12:02 hours Station 15 was dispatched for a Motor Vehicel Crash on Hackney Drive and Suffolk Drive, Rolling Meadows.

Rescue 15 [Chief Emeritus Neel] arrived at 12:13 hours with a one vehicle accident with a truck v. tree.  B15 transported 1 patient to CER.
