Assist Christiana on Townhouse Fire - (69D4) - Concord Trace Townhouses

At 13:59 hours, Station 15 was dispatched to assist Stations 3,6 & 12, Christiana on a L3*Multi-Residential Fire on Germantown Court. A-3 arrived on scene at 14:04 hours with smoke / fire showing upgrading to a working alarm. Rescue 15 under the command of Assistant Chief Miklus (15-8C) responded at 14:04 hours. B-15 responded at 14:10 hours. Command reported heavy fire fist floor at 14:08 hours. Rescue 15 arrived at 14:12 hours and the crews assisted with fire extinguishments and overhaul and also to the exposures for ventilation. At 14:14 hours Command ordered for the Emergency Evacuation of the structure. At 14:24 hours crews re-entered the initial structure and exposure with 2 hand lines. B-15 and Paramedic 588 transported 1 patient to CER with burns. Command placed the situation under control at 14:41 hours. Rescue 15 cleared the scene at 15:20 hours. Units responding: Rescue 15 and B-15. A total of 10 members responded.
