HACSR Team Response Assist Mill Creek - Injured Person

At 13:31 hours Station 2 / 21, Stations 11 and 15, Medic 3A and New Castle County High Angle Confined Space Rescue Team were dispatched for a Person Fallen 10 feet down and embankment into a creek

TSU-15 and HACSR1 responded at 13:37 hours with a crew of 3.  21-6 arrived on scene at 13:38 hours confirming subject down the embankment.  Crews from 21-6 and Rescue 14 immediately started the extrication process assisted by the arriving HACSR units.

TSU-15 / HACSR1 arrived at 13:55 hours and the patient was extricated at 14:00 hours.Station 15 units cleared the scene at 14:20 hours.
