Motor Vehicle Crash - Route 1 SB / Roth Bridge

At 10:24 hours, Stations 15, 4&24 and 29 were dispatched to a reported Motor Vehicle Crash with a vehicle reported off the roadway on Route 1 SB at the Roth Bridge.

Chief Wally Poppe assuming Delaware City Command arrived on scene with conditions as dispatched with the lone occupant out of the vehicle.  The vehicle went off the roadway right in the area of road crews repairing the guard rail from a previous accident narrowling missing the workers.  C-15, Rescue 15, TSU15 / QRS15 [returning from a previous call], Rescue 24, B-4 and 29-6 made the response.  Command reduced the scene down to Station 15 units.

The occupant of the vehicle eventually refused treatment and the scene was turned over DSP.
