Rollover Accident

At 06:37 hours, Stations 15/29, 4&24, M6D and Trooper4 were disptached for a Motor Vehicle Crash with a Rollover.  A-15, RE-15, Deputy 15 [MacKenzie} made the response.  A-15 arrived on scene and advised PD Only and retiurned all ALS.  Driver of the rolled over vehicle self extricated himself.  A-15 attained refusals from both drivers.  RE-15 stayed on scene until the vehicle was removed and turned the scene over to DSP and DelDot.
