Assist Good Will on L3*Commerical Structure Fire - (69D3) - River Road Industrial Park

At 14:21 hours, Station 15 was dispatched to assist Station 18, Good Will on a L3*Commercial Structure Fire in the River Road Industrial Park. At 14:23 hours, DNREC 709 arrived on scene with heavy smoke showing. 18-3 responded at 14:23 hours and was advised of DNREC 709's report and was also advised by the Fireboard that DSP is reporting minor gas explosions. 183 requested for a working alarm assignment and the tanker task force was also dispatched. Rescue 15 under the command of Chief Rosseel (15-8) and B-15 responded at 14:24 hours. At 14:24 hours station 15 was alerted for the ladder response on the upgrade and 15-7 responded at 14:26 hours. Rescue 15 arrived on scene at 14:31 hours laying 5" supply line from a hydrant located on Grantham Lane to supply Ladder 28. 15-7 arrived at 14:35 hours and setup in the area of the C/D Corner. 15-4 responded at 14:44 hours and was placed in staging with the crew going to the scene. Command placed the scene under control at 14:49 hours with all units working. Station 15 units cleared the scene at 15:34 hours. Responding Units: Rescue 15, 15-7, 15-4, B-15 and 15-9. Total of 24 members responded.
