Delaware City Softball Team participates in Tournament - Seaford, DE

Delaware City Fire Company Softball team participated in a Firefighters Softball Tournament over the weekend to raise money for the Crozer Chester Burn Foundation. Delaware City started the tournament by defeating Bridgeville Saturday morning and then winning against Christiana on Saturday night. Sunday morning they defeated Blades and then lost to Little Creek and Talleyville. The Homegrown Citymen brought home the 3rd place trophy. The Citymen and their fans had an enjoyable weekend helping to raise money for a good cause.
