L3* Residential Fire (69D6) - Smoke Showing - 103 Main Street, St Georges

Sunday July, 17 2011 @ 11:26:27: DCFC, Ladder 18(Goodwill), Engine 6(Christiana) and Engine 29(Port Penn)were alerted to a residential fire on Main Street in Saint Georges. Duty Chief 15-8-C(Johnson) arrived on scene within 4 minutes and advised he had smoke showing from the Delta Side of the structure. Rescue 15 arrived and advised a 2 inch line to the 3rd floor. Engine 15-5 handled water supply to Recue 15 and Ladder 18 due to Ladder 15-7 being out of service laddered the 3rd floor. 15-8-C placed the scene under control in about 35 minutes. The State Fire Marshall is investigating the cause of the fire. DCFC units on scene: Rescue 15, Engine 15-5, Engine 15-4, Duty Chief 15-8-C, Chief 15-8 and Station Fire Police.
