04:32hrs: The OFC and DCFC was dispatched to the Roth Bridge South Bound for an MVC(M29B4). B-4, Rescue 24, B-15 and Rescue 15 arrived on scene to find a single vehicle into the concrete barricade. BLS transported the injured to Christiana Emergency Room. Firefighters were in service for over 1 hour Units on scene: B-4, Rescue 24, Field Piece 24-0, B-15, Rescue 15, 24-9-B, 24-9, 15-9-A, 15-9-E, DEL DOT and DSP
