Station 15 was alerted by the New Castle County Communications Center for a MVC at Wrangle Hill Road and River Road. B-15 arrived on scene with a 2 vehicle mvc with 4 injuries. B-15 requested additional BLS unit and for 29-4 for to respond (29-4 and A-15 were returning from a working fire in Middletown). Rescue 15 with a crew of 3 under the command of 1st Assistant Chief Poppe arrived on scene and established Wrangle Hill Road Command. Crews from Rescue 15 and 29-4 administered care to the 3 subjects from the Chevy Cavalier and removed the debris from the roadway. Command requested a 3rd BLS and station 29 was alerted for A-29 since they had a EMT on scene. A-15 arrived and was able to transport all 3 occupants of the Chevy Cavalier and Command cancelled A-29. Situation was placed under control at 08:06 hours and the scene was turned over to DSP.
