The Delaware City Fire Company is a combination fire department made up of career, part-time, and volunteer staff.  We currently have 12 full time staff, divided into 4 shifts, each under the direction of a Career Captain or Career Lieutenant.  Additionally we have approximately 20 part time staff.  Full time and part time staff report to the Assistant Chief of Career Services.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Career (Full-Time)

• Career Firefighter/EMT

• Part-Time Firefighter/EMT – $19.50/hr
• Part-Time Emergency Medical Technician – $19.50/hr
