Station 15 was dispatched for a motor vehicle crash with entrapment on Wrangle Hill Road at American Boulevard in area of the proposed Peoples Industrial Park. Stations 3,6,12 were originally dispatched at 08:07 for a crash with entrapment at Red Lion Road and Willow Oak Boulevard. Medic 6D, ALS-21 and Trooper 4 also responded. Chief Rosseel (15-8) arrived on scene establishing Wrangle Hill Command. Command advised the Communications Center that B-12/B-15 was evaluating 2 patients and Trooper 4 could cancel. Command placed the scene under control at 08:28 hours with both B-12 and B-15 and Medic 6D transporting to CER. DP&L was requested for a priority #2 for pole damaged. Scene was turned over to DSP and DP&L. Responding Units: A-12, B-12, 3-4, Rescue 12, 12-8, B-15, Rescue 15, 15-8, Medic 6D, ALS-21, Trooper 4 and DSP.
