Delaware City Fire Company, Ladies Auxiliary and family members spent a nice sunny May morning supporting the Delaware Special Olympics by participating in their annual fundraising Plane Pull. "Team One Five" members collected the $500 registration fee required to support the Special Olympics of Delaware. Co-Captain Rob Costango lined the team members up shortest to tallest. 18 team members pulled the plane 12 feet in 10.26 seconds finishing 20th overall (out of 34 teams). Thank you to Megan Pedrick for taking the pictures for the team and thanks to Kelly & Kara for coming out to support the team during the pull. Lastly, a big thank to team members for your participation! Your participation will make the difference in the life of a Delaware Special Olympian.
