Station 15, New Castle County Medic 6 and Christiana BLS B-3(from Fire Station 6) were dispatched at 12:39hrs for an MVC with Entrapment (M29D4) on Red Lion Road at Wrangle Hill Road. Field Piece 15-0 and B-3 responded after dispatch and arrived on scene to find a 2 vehicle crash. No one was found to be trapped. Rescue 15, BLS B-15 and Station Fire Police controlled the scene and cleared debris from the roadway. Delmarva was need for damage to a utility pole and power lines. Firefighter Sinex had command. Under New Castle County Policy the next closes staffed BLS unit was sent from Station 6 due to A-15 being committed on another call. Delaware City Firefighters were in service for 1 hour.
