Past Chief Jim Rosseel recipient of the Harold "Sonny" Wilkins Longevity Award - Station 17, Five Points

At the Annual New Castle County Fire Service Installation Banquet at Station 17, Five Points, Past Chief Jim Rosseel was honored with the Harold "Sonny" Wilkins Longevity Award presented by his family. The award was presented by the grandson of Mr. Wilkins, Rich Rodriguez of the Elsmere Fire Company. Jim was recognized for his 45 years of dedicated service to the Delaware City Fire Company. He is currently serving his 39th consecutive year as our Treasurer. He has served in many capacities during his 45 years of active service. He is a past Assistant Chief, Deputy Chief and served as our Fire Chief in 1986. He is also currently serving on our Board of Directors. Congratulations Jim on a very well deserved award!
