At our Company Meeting on December 1, 2010, Past President Jasper Lakey was recognized by the Mayor and Council of the City of Delaware City for his selection as the DVFA Fireman of the Year. Life Member and current Town Councilman Paul Johnson presented the proclamation to Jasper. Congratulations Jasper!
