17:19hrs, Station 15 along with the New Castle County High Angle Team was dispatched to assist Station 4/24(Odessa) on a High Angle Rescue at Route 1 and the Appoquinimink Creek. Odessa units were on scene of a person fallen down an embankment and into the creek. New Castle County Medic 5 requested the upgrade brining Special OPS 15 along with Hascar 1 under the command of 15-LT-1 (Sinex). DCFC units arrived on scene and were placed in staging while Odessa Fire Company extricated the person. Technical Support Unit 15 and Special Operations 15/Hascar 1 responded with 9 personnel. The crew was in service for over 1 hour.
