At 10:04 hours, Stations 15 and 29 were dispatched for a Automatic Fire Alarm at 1100 Governor Lea Road.  Squad 15 and 29-6 made the response and was advised a process unit had caught fire and was extinguished on the process floor.  Crew isolated the power to the unit while investigating the process unit which normally operated at over 1100 degrees.  Thermal Camera revealed the unit had cooled down to under 200 degrees so the decision was made to repower the area which included the units exhaust / blower units.  Command placed the situation under control at 10:22 hours.

Once this happened material that was lodged in the exhaust / blower units piping heated back up causing the exhaust / blower unit and surrounding roof area to catch fire.  Command requested the box be filled and crews on scene utilized a 35 foot extension ladder and deployed a hose line to extinguish the fire. 

Remainder of the responding units were advised to stage at the main entrance.  Once again, Command placed the situation under control at 10:56 hours holding units on scene.  Scene was turned over to the State Fire Marshal's Office and the Management.

Responding Units: Squad 15, 29-6, Deputy 12, Engine 12, Squad 12, Ladder 18, Sussex 89-5 [covering Odessa], Ladder 44 [covering Middletown], Engine 28, Engine 15 [from Station 24], A-15, A-6, M6D, ALS-24 and FM-18.
