Stations 15, 29 and 4/24 were alerted for a MVC w/ a Subject reported not alert on the Roth Bridge NB. 296 arrived on scene and advised that they have the traffic shut down northbound for the ALS Unit and Squad 15 to buck traffic. Squad 15 arrived and Chief Poppe assumed Delaware City Command. B24 and M6D assessed 1 patient and transported to CER. Scene was turned over DSP.
