At 18:20 hours, Station 15, Marine Units from Stations 18 and 29 were alerted for a small watercraft [10 foot inflateable raft with a motor] with 4 people on board that lost power in the Delaware River in the area of the Refinery Piers #2 and #3.

Crew from 29 Marine 1 was able to assist the crew from TSU-15 to remove the occupants from thier watercraft and were able to tow the watercraft back to Delaware City followed by 18 Marine 1 and 15 Marine 2.
