Stations 29/15 and Marine Units 18 and Salem 18 were dispatched for a Watercraft in Distress in the Delaware River south of the mouth of the C&D Canal in area of Buoy 4 at .  Fireboat 15 responded with 3.  29 Marine 1, Fireboat 15 and Trooper 4 arrived at 15:12 hours. 

29 Marine 1 towed the vessel back to Augustine Beach followed by Fireboat 15.
