At 08:56 hours, Station 15 and mutual aid companies were alerted for a Residential Structure Fire on Warfel Drive in Harbor Estates.

Firefighter Shawn Wagner who lives in Harbor Estates called in by phone to the Fireboard with fire showing at the front door.  Deputy 16 [Mike Edwards] who lives close by arrived with fire showing from the alpha side and assumed Delaware City Command.

Squad 15 [Assistant Chief Reeder] arrived 1st due taking the hydrant at 143 Warfel Drive.  296 was 2nd due engine with Tower 12 1st due special.

Command placed the scene under control at 09:11 hours utilizing incoming units not on scene for regional cover up assignments at Stations 15 and 29 with Engine 9 covering Station 3,6,12 district.
