On October 3, 2022 at 12:03 hours, Stations 15/29 and A-12 were dispatched for a MVC on Route 13 NB at Tybouts Corner involving a tractor trailer.  Assistant Chief Mike Maxwell [15-8B], Rescue Engine 15, C-15, 29-6, A-12 and B-12 made the response.

Assistant Chief Maxwell assumed Delaware City Command reducing the response down to Rescue Engine 15 and C-15.  C-15 transported 1 patient to CER.  Scene was turned over to DSP.
