On August 20, 2023 at 7:15am, Delaware City Fire Company, Port Penn Volunteer Fire Company, and Odessa Fire Company were dispatched to Route 1 Northbound on the Roth Bridge for a vehicle fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and there were no injuries.
