On February 27, 2024, at 4:21am, Delaware City Fire Company was dispatched to assist Aetna Hose, Hook & Ladder Company with a residential structure fire in the 200 block of Emma Way in Glasgow. Rescue Engine 15 responded with 6 personnel and operated as the RIT company. In addition, the Rescue Engine was used to complete a lengthy stretch from the closest hydrant. During the operation there was a MAYDAY for a lost firefighter, but they were quickly located as the RIT was deployed. Companies operated for 3.5 hours.
