A few weeks ago we posted asking for your help to ensure that justice was upheld for Michelle Smith. Delaware City Fire Company would like to extend our deepest thanks to each and every person who shared our plea to help and those who wrote letters, sent emails, and called the Delaware Board of Pardons. Your support for Michelle's family and our department means more than we can express. We are pleased to announce that Joseph Taye's pardon request has been DENIED.
