Delaware City Fire Company No. 1, Inc. is soliciting proposals from qualified manufacturers for the construction and delivery of one (1) new off-road UTV-based patient transport ambulance. The procurement replaces a unit destroyed in a recent fire and is funded through DCFC's property loss insurance carrier.

No specific chassis platform is required. Comparable or superior platforms are welcome. The reference configuration is a 2018 Medstat MS 500 built on a modified Intimidator UTV chassis.

Upon confirmation, the complete RFP package and reference specification will be provided. Bids will be due three (3) weeks after the RFP package is transmitted.

Award is contingent on review and approval by DCFC's property loss insurance carrier. DCFC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities deemed in the best interest of the company.
