At 12:02 hours Station 15 and NCC Paramedic 6B were dispatched for a Motor Vehicle Crash with a patient Not Alert.  Assistant Chief Johnson (15-8C) responded at 12:03 hours followed by B-15 at 12:04 hours and Rescue 15 with a crew of 6 at 12:05 hours.

Assistant Chief Johnson arrived at 12:10 hours with a vehicle off the roadway.  It was determined that the driver suffered some type of medical condition.  B-15 and Medic 6B transported the patient to CER.  Command placed the scene under control at 12:20 hours.

Station 15 units cleared the scene at 12:31 hours.
