Station 15 and B3 were alerted for a Motor Vehicle Crash involving a Tractor Trailer.  A-15 made the response after clearing CER.  B-3 cleared.  Rescue 15 arrived on scene with Assistant Chief Brennan in charge.

Situation was placed under control at 12:46 with a patient refusal.
