On May 30 with the assistance of the Delaware River Basin Commission, members put the new boat dock in service in the C&D Canal.  Several members spent many hours in building a new boat dock due to heavy damage from last winters severe cold weather.

The Delaware City Fire Company would like to THANK the Delaware City Marina's Tim Konkus, State Representative Valerie Longhurst, Paul Benicky and the Delaware River Basin Commission for all of their assistance in helping with this project.

Representative Longhurst secured the funding, the Delaware River Basin Commission donated the new gang ramp and Paul Benicky donated his time and expertise in helping us finish the ramp.
