At Saturday's NCC Volunteer Firefighters Association Annual 5K at NCC Corporate Commons it was a balmy 40 degrees with some light winds. Out of 84 total, Mike McMichael finished 55th as well as 4th out of 5 in his age bracket and 1st overall male walker at 38:56. Ladies Auxiliary member Ivy Costango finished 1st for the Ladies in walkers at 39:04.  Jasper Lakey finished rather well at 63rd overall at 49:07, not bad considering he had knee replacement earlier this year.
