At 02:43 hours Station 15 was alerted for a Rescue assist Station 18, Good Will on a working residential fire on 9th Street in New Castle.  Engine 18-3 arrived on scene at 02:39 hours with smoke showing.  

Rescue 15 arrived at 02:55 hours and assisted with fire suppression efforts.  Rescue 15 cleared the scene at 04:11 hours.  Assistant Chief Neel was in command.
