At 16:23 hours, the New Castle County Communications Center dispatched Station 15, Paramedic 611 (Schusteritsch), Medic 2B and Trooper 4 for a MVC involving a motorcycle in front of the Delaware City Liquor's, 76 Clinton Street.  A-15 (Boots and Hallett Jr.) arrived with 1 patient laying in the street.  Rescue 15 under the command of Firefighter Bob Grimm arrived and assisted with patient care.  Scene was placed under control at 16:41 hours.  Patient was transported via Trooper 4 to CER with minor injuries.  Scene turned over to DCFP, NCCPD and DCPD.
