The New Castle County Communications Center dispatched Station 15 for a MVC on Wrangle Hill Road overtop Route 1 Northbound.  B-15 arived on scene with a 2 vehicle crash.  Rescue 15 under the command of Chief Rosseel arrived and assumed Wrangle Hill Command.  Career Staff Getty requested a second ambulance and ALS due the female patient in the car complaining of chest pains, Medic 6D and A-15 responded.  B-15 transported the driver of the pick-up with head, back and left shoulder pain.  A-15 transported the driver of the car with a chest injury after Medic 6D received clearance for BLS transport.  Command placed the scene under control at 13:35 hours and turned the scene over to DSP and DelDot.
