At 14:32 hours stations 15, 4&24, M6D and Trooper 4 were dispatched for a reported MVC with a rollover and subject trapped.  C-15 arrived on scene confirming entrapment with a dump truck overturned and its contents spread out over the northbound lanes of Route 1.

Chief Rosseel [15-8] arrived on scene and had Delaware City Command.  The patient was extricated at 14:48 hours and was transported to CER by B-15 / M6D.

All lanes of Route 1 were closed until the vehicle and debris were removed.
