Sunday, June 1st, 21 of Delaware City’s Member’s and families went on a fishing expedition with Russells Fishing out of Bowers Beach. The fishing was fun and was successful as members caught 4 Drums. Jim Watson caught 2 and was assisted with reeling it in by other guys on the boat. Jay Dennis caught 1 and was assisted by other guys, including son JW and Shawn Wagner caught 1 which he reeled in by himself. A couple of Sand Sharks were also caught. A good time was had by all (even those 1st time fishers and those just out for the sun!). We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day!
